About William Moorehead

William Moorehead is the owner and founder of Ridgetop Properties, LLC.

Born and residing in Middle Tennessee, William is husband to Mallory and father of four boys. After attending MTSU and majoring in Finance (with a focus on real estate) he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Nashville School of Law. While not currently licensed in or practicing law William uses his degree to aid his business decisions and evaluations.

In 2007, William started his career in real estate investments — focusing on buying and upgrading rental properties as well as developing real estate and flipping homes. In 2017, he began building and selling spec homes. When he’s not working, William enjoys boating, fishing, and traveling.
